30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be uninflated, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Due to the nature of inflatable products, once an item has been inflated it cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return. This ensures every customer receives a product in perfect condition.
How to Start a Return Email us at info@acquaboss.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Return Shipping
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend a tracked service.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover return shipping at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, has a leak, or isn't what you ordered, inspect it immediately and email us at info@acquaboss.com with your order number, videos and clear photos of the issue. Our team will respond within 1 business day and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. No restocking fee applies.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items that have been inflated, used in water, or show signs of use or damage
- Items not in their original packaging
