Questions about the sets
Every set page lists each piece, its colour and how many of it you get, under "What's in the set". You get exactly those items.
Not inside a set. Each set comes in the colours listed on its page. If you want a different colour, add the pieces to your cart one by one from the shop.
Against today's price of each piece bought on its own. Each set page adds those prices up and shows the difference, and it changes when a piece's price changes. If the pieces cost less on their own today, the set page shows no saving.
In your cart, yes: one product at one price. At checkout and on your order confirmation the pieces are listed under the set name, and each piece is packed and sent as its own item.
The set shows as sold out until that piece is back in stock.
