We want every summer with ACQUABOSS to be perfect. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be uninflated, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Due to the nature of inflatable products, once an item has been inflated it cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return. This ensures every customer receives a product in perfect condition.
How to Start a Return Email us via our contact form, or call us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend a tracked service.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover return shipping at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, has a leak, or isn't what you ordered, inspect it immediately and email us via our contact form with your order number, videos and clear photos of the issue. Our team will respond within 1 business day and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. No restocking fee applies.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items that have been inflated, used in water, or show signs of use or damage
- Items not in their original packaging

Perfect Christmas gift! I bought a few colours last year during Black Friday, and I’m planning to buy more water hammocks so everyone can have their own and we can all relax at the beach. Great quality! And if it’s on sale again, it’ll be the perfect gift under $50

We love this. So relaxing and perfect for our sundowners in the swim spa. We bought 2 and one had a faulty valve causing a slow leak. I contacted Acqua Boss and they immediately sent out a replacement. No questions asked. It arrived a few days later. Highly recommend this company.

I love my aqua boss it comes with me when I travel to Bali and everybody asks where I bought it! I have bought 2 for my nieces for Xmas as they have a pool! My apartment complex has a pool and yep everyone always comments!! Love it 🥰

On pur recent holiday to K'gari Island (formerly Fraser Island) we used our Acqua Boss Hammocks daily. Floating on Lake Mackenzie with the Acqua Boss was amazing. We now own 3 acqua Boss' after our trip we purchased another one so our whole family have one each. I highly recommend purchasing! These are built to last.

The Hammocks are great. After receiving my order though, it took weeks to be able to raise a response from anyone regarding a product query. After I had attempted contact on every platform possible I received a call from Peter and he sorted my query and said he would be working on improving the direct communication with real customers

Use it in the pool. Both seem a fair bit shorter than the one we tried on holidays but still float on it.

Unlike a traditional flat air mattress, they aren't meant to support the full length of your body down to your feet. Instead, they are specifically shaped to support you from your headrest down to your knees, allowing your legs to comfortably drape over the bottom inflatable pillow. I bought it for the grandkids for Christmas. They have pool and they loved it 😻
I love everything about it, only criticism is it could be longer, I have a tall husband and it’s a bit short for him

For some context, our hammocks are designed to be some of the longest available on the market, but they aren't meant to hold your full body length like a standard pool lounge. The ergonomic design is meant to support you from the headrest down to just underneath the knees, allowing your legs to bend comfortably over the edge. I am 183cm myself and we regularly have models up to 185cm use them comfortably with this setup! We hope your husband and the rest of the family continue to enjoy relaxing in the pool with it. While the novelty inflatable palm tree cup holders are an enjoyable touch, I recommend integrating permanent cup holders into the next design iteration for improved functionality.

Great product. Love the fact each float is a different size. So much easier to get in and out of. Shame the replacement inflatables were not available when I purchased.
