Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns
At ACQUABOSS, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on sending the item back. Returns sent with prior authorisation will be accepted only. Please note all returns due to change of mind will be at the customers cost.
Damages and Issues
