No — it applies after any purchase, whether it's your first order with us or your fifth. After you buy, we'll automatically send you an email inviting you to leave a review.
You're welcome to leave both, but only one discount is issued per review submission — so if you want the bigger saving, go with a video review.
Yes — your 10% sign-up code and your review discount are separate rewards for separate actions, so you can use both across different orders. Note: the Sign up code is only a one time exclusive code.
Sign-up codes are sent as soon as you subscribe. For reviews, you'll first receive an automated email inviting you to leave one after your purchase — once you submit your photo or video review, your unique discount code is sent straight to your inbox.

Yes — your code is valid for 30 days from the date it's issued, so make sure to use it before then.
Your referral discount is issued once your friend's order is successfully placed and confirmed. You'll receive your code via email shortly after.
